Hi,

I use an older version of Outlook, 2003, but it has been working fine until yesterday. All of a sudden I can't reply to an email or send a new one. I still receive all emails and can read most of them, although there is one list I belong to where when I open an email from that list all my screen reader says is "blank" as if the screen is blank. But that's not my main concern. I can't figure out why I can't send new ones or reply. When I press control N which always used to take me to the "to" line for putting in the address, now it just takes me to a blank screen. When I shift tab to get up to the "to" line, nothing happens when I try to type in an address.

Any suggestions?

Oops, never mind. I found the solution. I just needed to change a setting on the format page. I have no idea how that setting got changed in the first place, but once I fixed it, my email is working normally again.
